The £525,000 Lyde Green Extra Care project delivered over 52 weeks enabled Kipling Build to construct an inviting assisted living residence with essential accessibility, safety and human-centric functionality for the elderly demographic in Bristol for client Vistry Partnerships. Our teams executed essential interior build stages from wall surfacing to sound-optimzed ceilings across communal zones. The completed senior center aims to promote security, interconnectivity and an uplifting lifestyle through design promoting autonomy and dignity with supportive features seamlessly interwoven throughout the building.
